May 14, Vladimir Putin, the Russian President signed a new energy security Doctrine of the Russian Federation.
The new document replaced the older, which was approved in 2012, reports TASS.
The doctrine has already been published on the official website of legal information. The new document is around 20 pages and describes the main external threat to Russia’s energy security, as well as the objectives, principles and main objectives of energy security and restrictive framework.
The Doctrine also bet on the fact that the international restrictive measures prevented Russia in the full volume to feel energy security. Here the President of Russia put restrictions in the oil and gas industry.
