Check the correspondence to cellular phones in Russia is turning to China

Russian Consulate in Guangzhou (PRC) has sent a diplomatic note to the Chinese foreign Ministry asking for clarification verify the content of cell phones of citizens while crossing the border.

The news was confirmed by the Gregory kolyshkin, attache of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Guangzhou, said “the Rambler“.
