“Magic mushrooms” legalized

The city Council of Oakland, California, unanimously voted for the decriminalization of hallucinogenic mushrooms, also known as “magic mushrooms”. This is the second city that took such a decision.

May 8, Denver, Colorado took a historic step by giving a “green light” hallucinogenic mushrooms.

City Council decision will force law enforcement to cease investigation and prosecution of certain persons for the use or possession of drugs derived from cacti and mushrooms that contain the psychedelic substance psilocybin.

Advocates believe that the innovation will release to law enforcement agencies time to higher priority task.
