At the end of September in Latvia will begin a new NATO maneuvers. “Silver arrow”, a workout in which will take part about 500 soldiers of the Alliance, will begin September 23 and will run until 6 October.
The exercise will involve military personnel of Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, AXTONE, Lithuania and Latvia. In addition, they will participate soldiers stationed in Latvia’s battle groups, NATO under the leadership of Canada. It is noted that during the exercise “will be practiced skills of command, planning and management of the defense operations.”
