A few hours before the official presentation of the network leaked photos of the “charged” wagon Audi RS6 Avant 2020 in the new body is C8. This model finally for the first time will appear in the North American market, whereas the predecessors there is some reason not sold.
The images show that the new “er-es-the sixth” sports an aggressive exterior design, having a glossy black grille with fine-mesh structure and a different front bumper with large triangular air ducts on the sides and vertical “fangs” within them.
On the hood of the model there is an additional rib, and above the grille added a narrow slot. As expected, the machine stands extended wings, large wheel disks of new design and different rear bumper with a diffuser and two large oval exhaust pipes, and silver-tone curved trim that frames them.
In profile, the new Audi RS6 avant S8 looks extremely rapidly, aided by low clearance, a huge “rollers” on low profile tires and a large angle tilt of the glass of the fifth door with a spoiler. In the rapids there is added chrome lining, and the disks are seen red calipers carbon-ceramic brakes.
The salon part of the overall design is not much different from the original A6, but of course in the “charged” machine is equipped with sports seats with the developed lateral support, steering wheel truncated rim of the metal plates on the pedals and the decoration in the decoration.
The movement of the machine brings the 4.0-liter TFSI supercharged with dual issuing 600 HP (800 Nm), which is combined in a pair with vosmidiapazonnoy automatic, transmitting traction on all wheels. Acceleration from standstill to hundreds of new РС6 avant is required 3.6 seconds, top speed is limited at 250 km/h but if you order the optional Dynamic packages and Dynamic Plus “collar” can be weakened to 280 and 305 km/h.
The car is also equipped with specially tuned adaptive air suspension, sport differential, optimized steering and control electronics has six modes of operation. The start of sales model in the Russian market is planned for the second half of 2020, prices yet to be announced.
