Russia has declared that negotiations about the exchange of prisoners between Moscow and Kiev continues. It remains to settle the last details and make the relevant documents.
This statement was made by Tatiana Moskalkova, the Commissioner for human rights of the Russian Federation, resource transfers “Moskovsky Komsomolets“.
Simultaneously with Moskalkova statement was made in Kiev.
Valentin Rybin, a lawyer, said that in the near future the exchange of prisoners between Russia and Ukraine will not happen. He said that Moscow is waiting for the official decree signed by the President of Ukraine. In it, he should pardon all citizens of Russia, who will the future exchange.
“Today. Until the decree Zelensky pardon, nobody is going anywhere. Decree yet,” said Rybin.
It also became known that in Berlin one of the topics of discussion of the representatives of the countries “Norman four” will be the question of exchange of prisoners between Kiev and Moscow. Of the Russian Federation in these negotiations will represent Surkov, assistant to the President of Russia.
