11 starts the flow of the program of advanced training “the Blockchain for lawyers”

In the first stage, the course participants study the technological basis for smart contracts, blockchain, digital assets and mining of cryptocurrencies. Consolidation of theoretical knowledge occurs in a workshop, in which students independently create a decentralized Autonomous organization. Also, this block will consider the use of blockchain technology for example Bitfury, Waves and Biocoin.

In the legal part of the program studying legal aspects of the topic, consider the Russian draft laws, laws and regulations. During the second unit of study civil, corporate, tax and criminal law, as well as the existing case-law and practice.

Legal practice takes place in the form of business games and game trials. The students participate in a round table in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation can develop its own amendments to the regulations and discuss them with the Senator of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation.
