Ingredients

The pastry is made from wheat flour (200 g test, take 200 grams of cheese):

  • Flour — 1 kg
  • Water — 200 g
  • Milk — 600 g
  • Salt — 20 g
  • Sugar — 10 g
  • Yeast — 10 g
  • Butter — 1 piece
  • Egg — 1 PC.

Cooking

  • Roll out the dough into a small circle, put there grated Suluguni cheese (can be mixed with Imeretian cheese), then combine the dough so that all the cheese inside.   • The process of shaping Ajarian khachapuri is very difficult to explain through words but I will try to do it. People call it a boat, respectively, to form a boat, we need a nose, feed and Board.
