The first launch of the rocket that will replace the inappropriate requirements of the Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation “Angara-A5” will be implemented at the end of 2024, with the Eastern spaceport.
Earlier it became known that the development of the project of launch vehicle “Angara-А5П”, which will output manned spacecraft “eagle” on the orbit, should be completed by the end of 2019.
In the family of launch vehicles “Angara” are the carriers of light class “Angara-1.2”, medium — “Angara-A3”, heavy “Angara-A5” and its modifications “А5М” and manned “А5П”, as well as increased payload — “Angara-А5В”. Their capacity is from 3.5 to 37.5 T.
The main objective of these missiles is to introduce modern and advanced heavy spacecraft into high energy orbits — geostationary (communication satellites, weather satellites, spacecraft for the Ministry of defence) and the trajectory of the flight to the moon.
