Butter 200 g

Wheat flour 300 g

Sugar 220 g

Cocoa powder 1 tsp.

Curd 300 g

Egg 2 PCs.

Sour cream 2 tbsp.

Soda 0.5 tsp.

Semolina 1 tbsp

Prunes 60 g


  • Mash softened butter with flour and 150 g of sugar into crumbs. Stir in cocoa powder, mix.
  • Prepare the filling. Grind the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar, slaked vinegar soda and semolina. Add eggs, sour cream and chopped prunes. The last component need to be soaked in water or black tea for a few hours. Mix.
  • Fill in the form on 1/3 of the butter-flour crumbs. Then put half of the filling, then crumbs and so on. The last layer is the crumb.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for about 40-50 minutes.
  • Refrigerate pie and the desire to pour it with melted chocolate or hand-made glaze. Delicious dessert is ready. Optionally, you can replace the prunes to other dried fruit!
