Flaky yeast or unleavened dough is used in baking very often, so you can treat yourself to delicious croissants, or hearty meat pie. This dough is relatively quick to mix, and then briefly baked as well. In the end you get crispy, browned and soft ware.

Classic recipe of puff pastry involves a long, gradual training, exposure to the cold and so on. Fortunately, we found a way it can be done in just 10 minutes. A worthy addition to your cookbook!


Wheat flour 500 g

Margarine 200 g

Egg yolk 1 PC.

Yogurt 100 ml

Salt 1 chips.


1. Add the flour, softened margarine (can be butter), RUB hands in crumb, salt.

2. Pour the yogurt and egg yolks, knead the dough. Can use the dough immediately but it is better to send it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, wrapped in plastic wrap.

This test will at least 3 of the baking air biscuits. A good argument to keep the recipe and use it!
