Hychiny — traditional cakes hails from the North Caucasus. Prepare them and serve as a self-starter, and even instead of bread. They are a cross between cakes, pancakes and tortillas with filling.

  • Hichina fry on a dry pan for 3 minutes on each side. Lay them in a pile and grease each with butter.
