Locking mail and messengers of Russians considered unenforceable

Introduced in the state Duma the bill about blocking Russian users of instant messengers and email services is not technically feasible. This was stated by Deputy head of the Ministry of communications of Russia Alexey Volin, reports TASS.

According to him, the Agency does not support the adoption of the law, as the bill “violates the principle of net neutrality and is technically infeasible”.
