Recipe No. 1

Ingredients (20 pieces):

    • Crackers vanilla — 500 g
    • Condensed milk — 400 ml
    • Cocoa powder — 50 g
    • Butter — 200 g
    • Chocolate dark 70-80% cocoa — 100 g
    • Cognac — 30 ml
    • Candied citrus (to taste) — 20 g

Method of preparation:

  • First you need to grind crackers into fine crumbs. This can be done with the help of grinder or mill, the main thing that left neperehodimyh pieces.
  • In a separate bowl, mix a can of condensed milk with cocoa powder. Cocoa need to take 2 tablespoons with a slide. Grind until the disappearance of lumps, add the butter, cut into pieces and put on a small fire (until the butter melted).
  • Next, in a bowl, melt water bath a dark chocolate bar. To do this in a saucepan, pour hot water into the water put the pot with broken chocolate and set on fire to water is boiling.

  • Formula quickly thickens! Add the butter and stir until fully dissolved. Remove from the heat.
  • Gradually add the hot cream a little.
  • Generated cake.
  • The finished cake roll in cocoa or Nesquik drink. Decorate as desired.

    • 500 g of cookies
    • 200 g butter
    • 200 g of sugar
    • 2-4 tbsp cocoa
    • 150-200 ml of milk
    • Vanilla, cinnamon — to taste

    Method of preparation:

  • Cookies grind in a food processor.

    Method of preparation:

    Bake the cake:

  • Whisk the yolks with 2/3 of sugar until a white cream.
  • Whisk the whites to a froth, add the remaining sugar and whisk in a solid foam.
  • Mix whites with yolks. Add flour, starch and all carefully mix.
  • Pour the dough on a baking sheet and bake at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
  • The finished cake should be well cooled, and then in the blender to grind into crumbs.
  • Prepare the cream:

  • Whisk butter with powdered sugar in the cream.
    Attention! Powdered sugar should not be replaced with sugar, since sugar is dissolved.
  • Gradually add condensed milk and continue whisking.
  • A little bit of cream leave for decoration.
  • Make a cake “Potato”:

  • In a bowl put biscuit crumbs on top of the cream, Baileys and all mix well.
  • Formed cakes, dip them in cocoa powder on top and decorate with cream.
