Very tasty and satisfying
Like a balanced meal? This recipe is incredibly easy to make. For fans of casseroles!
You will need (for 4 servings):
- 1 eggplant
- salt and pepper
- 300 g cooked long pasta
- 12 slices of ham
- 6 eggs
- 1 Cup cream
- 2/3 Cup parsley
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 and 1/4 cups grated mozzarella cheese
Cut the aubergine into thick slices and sprinkle with salt.
Place cooked pasta in three layers in a loaf pan, then a layer of eggplant.
Tightly roll ham slices and create a layer on top of eggplant. Repeat the entire layering process, ending with layer of pasta on top form.
In a bowl mix eggs, cream, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour the mixture on pasta, and finally, sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake for one hour at a temperature of 180 ° C.
Alternatively, this recipe can be made with different meats and vegetables. Once finished, cut into slices and serve with a small amount of fresh salad. Enjoy!
