In turn, the head of the Agency of cyber security, member of the expert Council of state Duma Committee on information policy Evgeny Lifshitz explained RIA “news” that any app that collects personal user data, is potentially a threat, so in Russia to the Western software are the same.

“Any country considering any application for the other country as a potential threat. In Russia, the FSB checks and issue certificates of conformity, we FSTEC issues certificates.
