In the next few years in the Russian Centers of competence development is scheduled to begin training managers for scientific-educational centers (REC). This was announced by the Director of the Department of scientific-technical programs of the Ministry of education of Russia Yevgeny Stepanov, reports TASS.
“The centres should prepare at least four thousand scientists-managers who could lead the times as a leading direction which will be implemented in a SEC”, she said.
According to Stepanova, this way will satisfy the requirements of educational and scientific organizations, and industrial partners nots in highly skilled staff and middle management, such as, for example, the head of the research project or the head of the scientific laboratory.
RECs are created in Russia within the Federal program “Development of scientific and scientific-production cooperation” of the national project “Science.” The first five of them will open in Perm Krai, Belgorod, Kemerovo, Nizhny Novgorod and Tyumen regions. In total, according to the program, to 2024 in the country should receive a minimum of 15 scientific and educational centers of the world level, 14 competence centres of STI, scientific and research centers. For the program it is planned to allocate 215 billion rubles.
