The investigation against the 68-year-old former surgeon, started in 2017, when one of his victims – 6-year – old neighbor told his mother that he was molested and subjected to sexual violence.
During the interrogation, the police Le Scouarnec admitted in several episodes in relation to my two nieces. However, during the search in his apartment were found the folder with records, which contained data on approximately 200 children and descriptions of sexual acts against them.

In most cases, the events occurred in hospitals where he worked. In 2005, the surgeon has been sentenced to 4 months suspended prison sentence for possession of images of children of a pornographic nature. However, one of my colleagues Le Scouarnec didn’t see anything suspicious in his behavior.

Now investigators are searching for and interviewing potential victims of men, to set including the accuracy described in his diary of events.

The trial in the case of the first four cases will take place in March 2020, the remaining cases are still in the stage of preliminary investigation and can be combined into one case.
