Such cheese pancakes themselves have a wonderful flavor. But to make them more satisfying, it is best to cook them with stuffing. For example, each pancake grease with a thin layer of cottage cheese or cream cheese and serve with red fish. Or make a beef with mushrooms.


Water 300 ml

Wheat flour 200 g

Cheese 150 g

Sunflower oil 50 ml

Egg 2 PCs.

Salt 1 tsp.

Sugar 1 tsp.

Baking powder 1 tsp.

Garlic 1 tooth.

Greens 1 Puig.


  • Mix in a bowl the eggs, salt and sugar. Whisk a lot whisk until homogenous. Pour in the water.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. Then gradually add them into the egg mixture, whisking.
  • Add the vegetable oil.
  • Grate cheese on a grater and chop the greens. Garlic skip through the press.
  • Add these ingredients to the dough. Mix well.
  • Now bake the pancakes in the usual way.
