Творожный пирог "Кудрявый"

The most delicious cheesecake. Shortcrust pastry, curd and coconut “curly” is a perfect combination. The cake is fragrant, light and perfect for tea 🙂

INGREDIENTS

  • Butter — 100g + 100g
  • Eggs — 4pcs
  • Sugar 50g + 100g + 70g
  • Flour — 150gr (+/-)
  • Baking powder — 1H l without slides
  • Cottage cheese — 400g
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Vanilla sugar — 1P (10gr)
  • Starch — 1tbsp l (20gr)
  • Coconut — 100g
  • Berries or fruits from jam

METHOD OF PREPARATION

    • For the dough, mix 100g butter, 50g sugar, 1zheltok and well grind. Then the baking powder and gradually flour — knead soft dough ( it took me 150g of flour). Put the dough in the bag and in the fridge for 30 minutes.
      For the filling, in a bowl put the cheese, vanilla sugar, 100gr sugar, 3 eggs, a protein from the test and grind in a blender. Then add starch, lemon zest and mix well.
      For “curls” to grind into crumbs 100gr of butter, 100gr of coconut flakes and 70g of sugar.
      The dough to spread in shape (20-22cm) making edges on top of some berries or fruits from jam. Then cottage cheese and sprinkle on top of curls.
      Cover the form with foil and put in preheated oven to 180 for 35minutes, then remove the foil and dopekat another 10-15 minutes.
