Easy to prepare,delicious and nutritious salad will decorate your holiday table, pleasantly delighting the guests.
- potatoes 3 PCs
- carrots 1 piece
- chicken breast 200 g
- mushrooms 300 g
- bow 1 PCs
- pickled cucumber 3 PCs
- beets 1 tbsp
- eggs, 3-4 pieces
- branch of parsley,dill
- mayonnaise 200 g
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Potatoes,carrots,eggs,chicken boil. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil,add the chopped mushrooms,salt and fry until cooked, allow to cool.
Boiled eggs be divided into whites and yolks. Proteins RUB on a small grater,add the grated beetroot,stir and give the infusion.
Assemble the salad:
1 layer chopped chicken with mayonnaise
2-boiled potatoes grated on a large grater
3 – mayonnaise
4 – cucumbers
5 – potatoes
6 -mushrooms with onions
7 – carrot
9 – yolk grated on a fine grater
Finely chopped dill and decorate with the salad on the side.
Proteins colored in lilac color and a sprig of parsley decorate the salad on top of the lilacs.
