Specifications Ethereum 2.0 passed the security audit. Auditors the Berlin-based company Least Authority concluded that the specification is well-designed and recommended to make a few minor changes.
The audit Least Authority worked closely with the developers of Ethereum 2.0 to understand the features of the Protocol. According to the auditors, the specification of well structured and overall the security is implemented at a very high level. However, they recommended further revision of two elements: a mechanism proposal components and interactions between peers in the network.
The research team Ethereum 2.0 has recognized these shortcomings and are now working to eliminate these drawbacks.
