The Federal tax service (FNS) on April 17 started testing a new service for preferential zero-interest lending on the basis of technologies of the distributed registry.

In test mode on the platform are already working VTB and Sberbank. At the end of the planned April launch of the service and the connection of the financial-credit organizations of the country to form a single space.

Blockchain technology will form a separate node for each client.

Thanks to the remote registry, banks will be able to instantly process the applications of the companies, excluding paper bureaucracy and to issue interest-free loans to entrepreneurs on the basis of the stored node information within one working day.

To receive loan funds can expect entrepreneurs from the list of industries affected by the spread of coronavirus infection.

To obtain a soft loan at the time of filing of the application in the enterprise must have a staff not less than 90% compared to 31 March 2020.
