Banks JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs urged clients to refrain from investing in bitcoin

U.S. investment banks JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs urged clients not to invest in bitcoin. This was stated in the company’s Digital Asset Investment Management (DAIM), which manages assets.

In particular, the top Manager of the company Adam Pocernice said that financial advisers of the largest American banks urge customers not to buy the cryptocurrency.

According to him, the company DAIM have a client who intended to invest part of their capital in BTC. Recently, however, he said that he was no longer interested in such investment. He said this after consultations with the employees of the Bank JPM.

And Pocernice tried to convince the client that bitcoin suffered much smaller losses in 2020, and last year was one of the most profitable assets. But no amount of persuasion did not help, and in the end, the DAIM company has lost a potential investor in BTC.

We will remind, the General Director of the Bank JP Morgan Jamie Dimon 2017 speaks negatively about bitcoin.

According to the financier, cryptocurrency is a mere “bubble”, which may disappear from the market at any time. So invest in BTC is not only futile, but also extremely risky.
