Recipe for Chocolate cake with bananas. The basis of chocolate brownie, top with bananas, chocolate mousse and frosting. This cake is for real shokomanov!!!
Perfect for the New year, a celebration, a birthday or any other holiday 🙂
- Eggs — 3pcs
- Butter — 150g
- Flour — 200gr
- Sugar — 150 grams
- Baking powder — 1H l
- Dark chocolate — 180g
- Cream 33% — 350ml
- Gelatin — 15гр
- Bananas — 3-4pcs
- Milk chocolate — 180g
- Milk 130ml
- Water — 100ml
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Dark chocolate and butter to melt in a water bath or in the microwave. Add sugar — mix well.
To enter one by one and mix well, until some one did not intervene, the other is not to enter. Then razryhlitel, flour (sifted) and stir quickly. Until smooth knead is not necessary.
The bottom of the form (22cm) to cover with baking paper, spread the dough and put in preheated oven to 170gr 30-35minutes. Allow to cool completely and cut the cap, if any.
Put the cake back into shape. Cut the bananas width of about 1cm and place on the cake.
For the mousse soak instant gelatin in 100ml of water and leave for 10-15 minutes.
During this time the capacity to break into small pieces milk chocolate, pour the very hot milk and interrupting the immersion blender. Here cut 1 banana, add melted gelatin (do NOT LET it BOIL!!! BECAME LIQUID, STOP WARMING!!!) and once again interrupting.
Whip the chilled cream until soft peaks form, pour in chocolate and mix at minimum speed until smooth. Pour the resulting mousse cake with bananas. Put into the fridge for 5-6 hours.
After the fridge carefully walk along the edge of the form and remove it. Decorate the cake as desired.
