  • 700 g beef fillet;

  • 250 g red and yellow cherry tomatoes;

  • 12 slices ciabatta;
  • 12 leaves of lettuce.

Cooking

Heat a large frying pan and pour a couple tablespoons of olive oil. RUB the fillet with salt and pepper and fry on high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. Beef needs to acquire a brown tint.

Add to the pan cut across the head of garlic and the thyme and let them meat. Melt the butter and pour evenly over fillets.

  • 500 g of ground beef;
  • 3 tomatoes;

  • 4 elongated rolls;
  • 2 balls mozzarella.

Cooking

Chop the onion and garlic and fry them in olive oil for 5 minutes until they are softened and acquires a Golden hue. Add the vegetables, chili powder, salt and pepper and place in a bowl.

In another bowl mix the breadcrumbs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix the resulting mixture with the roasted vegetables and stuffing. With wet hands shape from the resulting mass a few meatballs with a diameter of about 4 cm and leave them for half an hour.

Then heat in a pan olive oil and fry the meatballs over a medium heat for 10 minutes. They should fry and covered with a Golden crust. While preparing the meatballs, finely chop the tomatoes, red onion and cilantro and mix them with vinegar and sugar.

  • 700 g of ground beef;
  • 1 egg;
  • a little soy sauce;
  • 2 slices of white bread;

  • 400 g of chopped tomatoes;

Cooking

Chop 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic, chop half of the parsley. Add the ground beef, beaten egg, soy sauce, soaked in milk bread, 1 teaspoon oregano, salt and pepper. Mix well.

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter;
