But with toppings they are not equal! The secret ingredient in these pancakes — starch. If you replace half the flour with starch, you can have pancakes thinner, and if you make the dough with boiling water, bake can even thinner.

  • 600 ml boiling water
  • 600 ml milk
  • 1,5 tbsp. flour
  • 1.5 glass starch
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • vanilla


  • Whip eggs together with sugar. Then add salt and vanilla.
  • Continuing to whisk, add milk and gradually enter the flour and starch. With these pancakes you can experiment and add instead of rice starch or oat flour.
  • Still whisking, add melted butter and boiling water in a thin stream.
  • At this stage of the preparation of pancakes they have to stay 30 minutes so the dough has rested. After that you can directly to bake pancakes.
  • Filling depends on your imagination, it can be fresh fruit or berries, jam, and condensed milk.
  • Put the filling on one edge of the pancake, cover the sides and wrap him up.
