Very tender, tasty cheese croissants with jam.


  • Flour 500 grams
  • Egg 2 pieces
  • Sugar 200 grams
  • Sour cream 100 grams
  • Butter 100 grams
  • Baking powder 10 grams
  • Vanilla
  • Salt 3 grams
  • Curd 400 grams
  • Powdered sugar for sprinkling
  • Jam


    • In curd add eggs whipped with sugar, cream and butter.

      Mix well with a whisk. Gradually add the flour and knead elastic, soft dough.

      The dough put into the refrigerator for one hour. Formed from the dough thin round layer. Cut into triangles , put the filling and roll into a bagel.

      Bake in the oven 180 degrees for 20 minutes. The finished rolls sprinkle with powdered sugar.
