- Chicken — 1pcs
- Onion — 2pcs
- Mushrooms — 500g
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Pancakes — 7-10pcs
- Hard Cheese — 100gr
- Eggs — 2pcs
- Mayonnaise — 2st l
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Remove the skin from the chicken — it’s easy!!! (see video recipe below).
With the bones cut all the meat.In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry the onion and mushrooms. Allow them to cool down to lukewarm.
Grind up the meat grinder the meat from the chicken and mushrooms. Add the grated cheese, salt (1 × l), pepper (0,5 teaspoon), dry garlic (0.5 h l), or any other spices. Stir.
Pre-bake the pancakes on Your favorite recipe. The resulting smear pancakes with minced meat and turn rolls.
Chicken skin patch where you want (neck, if broken).
Separately whisk 2 eggs. Dip each pancake into the egg and put in the chicken in two layers (it took me 9 pancakes). If the stuffing remains, it is necessary to evenly distribute chicken. Completely sew up the chicken. Legs tie, coat with sauce (mayonnaise with any spices) and leave for 1 hour.
Put the chicken in a pre-heated oven to 180 gr for about 1 hour. Decorate as desired.
