Pizza is a favourite dish of both children and adults. A classic Italian recipe that treats the base is a thin layer of a special flour, yeast, olive oil, sea salt and water.

But today we have prepared for you a very original recipe of pizza, the Foundation of which is made from zucchini. It is incredibly light but hearty. With toppings you can dream up. Add the mushrooms, corn and other products according to your taste.


Zucchini — 1 PC.

Tomato — 2 PCs.

Hard cheese — 200 g

Egg — 1 PC.

Semolina — 0,5 stack.

Wheat flour — 3 tbsp

Breadcrumbs — 1 chips.

Salt — to taste

Black pepper (ground) — to taste

Greens — to taste


  • Peel a large squash from the rind, grate it on a coarse grater, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Give mass to stand for a bit, drain the liquid.
  • Add squash flour, semolina and egg. Mix well.
  • Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour the mixture in a baking dish.
  • Slice the tomatoes in rings and lay on top. Sprinkle with herbs and cheese. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for half an hour.
  • If you cook the pizza according to this recipe, you’ll have a perfect dish with a juicy filling and the base. Serve it with sour cream!
