Very tasty and simple recipe for pickling salmon. It is suitable for any kind of red fish. Salted tender and very tasty. This is my favorite salted red fish.
- Coarse salt – 1 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Red fish
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Mix the sugar and salt.
Fish wash, peel, grate with a mixture of salt and sugar.
Put into the fridge for 1-3 days.
