The most simple, but delicious way of cooking mushrooms is to roast them on the grill, pre-zamarinovat in mayonnaise with spices. Mushrooms prepared in this way is juicy, with Golden crispy crust. - – mushrooms – 500 – 600 g;
- – salt – to taste;
- – seasoning for grill 1 tsp;
- – mayonnaise – 1 – 2 tbsp.
How to cook mushrooms on the grill:
Mushrooms (of course, it is better to take large, but not overripe mushrooms, so they can be easily strung on a skewer) carefully wash all sides, remove the cap under the white skirt. The mushrooms themselves do not need to be cleaned (when cooked they will retain their integrity and succeed with a crispy crust). Once the mushrooms are washed, drain them and put in a deep bowl.
Mushrooms salt to taste, add the seasoning to the grill and stir mushrooms with your hands.
Then add the mayonnaise and mix again mushrooms.
Mushrooms carefully place in a deep container, which cover (the mushrooms can be left in the bowl, just need to cover with cling film) and refrigerate to marinate for 10-12 hours (preferably overnight).
Once the mushrooms are well marinated, gently string the mushrooms on a skewer, and put to roast on the grill.
Fry the mushrooms need on the coals (in any case not on fire, otherwise they will burn and not cook), constantly turning the skewers so that the mushrooms are evenly roasted on all sides.
