The process of making.
Step 1: layout parts, cut.
On the sheet of plywood, draw a rectangle the size of 110*60 mm. Set guide focus on it with a hacksaw make a cut.

On the PCB I put two paper pattern size 110*60 mm (more # 1) and 110*50mm (then No. 2).
Step 2: machining of parts.

Step 4: making and fitting sleeves.
Of an aluminum tube of external diameter 10 mm internal and 8 mm make two bushes with a height of 6 mm and hammered them into the holes.

Step 5: making the soles and changing the strap-holder.

Step 6: finishing and Assembly.
All parts are sanded, plywood optionally covered with stain and varnish.
Prepare the bolts, washers and nuts, and a wrench.
Inserted into the holes and the bolts, fix the other side of the nuts through the washers.
Cranking on each bolt another nut, put the bar in which the drill is fixed, and the top two screw-on nuts.
