This diet recipe has been specially formulated by the clinic of medical nutrition the Institute of nutrition.
- 200 g cod fillets
- a bit soaked in milk or in water the crumb of white bread
- cottage cheese – low fat, 200 g
- egg – 1 PC
Fish mince, add the cheese, egg and soaked bread. Minced knead well; shape the meatballs.
Cook the meatballs for a couple or bake in the oven.
Serve with a light green salad, mashed potatoes or celery root purée, and cauliflower.
