My friends, I offer you a delicious flan (quiche). Not to be confused with quiche Lorraine, which is based on dough. Quite easy to make a cake turns out very tasty, fragrant, with a thin crispy batter. By the way, chicken pot pie can be replaced with fish fillet, it turns out is also very, very tasty.
- Phyllo dough — 6 sheets
For the filling
- Boiled chicken fillet — 300 g
- Tomato — 1 PC.
- Olives — 70 g
- Green onion — bunch
- Dill — beam
- Ground black pepper
- -250 g of cheese (I had Mozzarella)
- Olive oil — 50 ml
- Herbes de Provence (dried) — 1 teaspoon
- Egg — 2 PCs.
- Sour cream — 2 tbsp.
- Salt (to taste)
Cooking time — 45 minutes.
First you need to prepare the dough, defrost it completely.
Now you need to cook the filling. Onions and dill finely chop.
Cut into medium dice the pre-cooked meat.
Olives cut into four parts along.
Tomato cut into random cubes.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, the third part to be postponed.
Mix all ingredients for the filling in a deep dish, season with salt and sprinkle with herbs de Provence.
Put the dough in the form, the bottom of which is covered with baking paper. Each layer of dough generously with olive oil. Make the bottom and sides at the height of the shape, trim excess dough.
On the dough put the filling, smooth.
To prepare the dressing. With a whisk, lightly beat eggs, add sour cream and beat again, add salt (to bring to taste).
Pour the contents of the form.
Now left grated on a coarse grater cheese spread evenly over the stuffing.
Put the form in a preheated 200°C oven and bake for 30 minutes. Delicious, nutritious, pleasing to the eye and taste of cake is ready!
