- 400 g cherries
- 400 ml of sour cream

- 150 g of cottage cheese
- 50 ml of milk
- 50 ml vegetable oil

We recommend you to use the regular store-bought cottage cheese 5% fat. Requests the flour with baking soda, then mix the cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, milk and vegetable oil. Whip the mass with a whisk until the consistency of liquid sour cream, and only then, gradually pouring flour, knead a soft and slightly sticky dough.
Make the stuffing.
While the dough is resting let. Remove, cherry pits and leave. Whip 2 eggs with sugar until foam, add sour cream, vanilla sugar and 1 tablespoon starch. Mix all into a homogeneous mass.
It can be served as warm or cold. Don’t be afraid to store it in the refrigerator.
Of dough for this pie you can make wonderful rolls for Breakfast. Mix one serving in 5 minutes, without lemon peel. Create mini cakes in 2 cm thick and put the whole thing in the oven. In 20 minutes you can bake popovers without filling, but with a funky taste and aroma.
