For durable and high-quality bonding of the elements together requires a special clamp.

This project is fairly simple to manufacture, but will require a small amount of welding.
The materials for this project are available at the hardware store and are very inexpensive.

The process of making.
First, the author proceeds to housings adjustable stops. They use steel pipe 32X32 mm, from which the author cuts off four billets with a length of 80 mm (will be made once the two clamps).
Despite the fact that the author uses for this bandsaw, the operation is easily performed using conventional grinders.

Further, the master marks and cut four blanks from a steel angle 30X30 mm, length equal to the width of the profile pipes (32 mm).

All subsequent marks are laid out in increments of 50 mm.
In the rail are drilled all the holes according to the markings.
In order to search for the center holes, the author drills them through a hole in the fence.
After drilling the holes, their edges roughened with a file, but all track surfaces are sanded with sandpaper.
The open ends of the guideways are closed by plastic caps.
The excess edges of the plugs are cut with a knife flush with the surface of the guide.
Now the author prepares to paint the stops. He smoothed them with sandpaper and degreased and taped with masking tape places that cannot be staining
Painting the details on a special rotary table with spray enamel in two layers.
The abutments will be fixed to the rail using the M10 bolts with wing nuts.
