President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko urged his compatriots not to believe the promises of their opponents about the conduct of reforms and improvement of quality of life. About it as transfers TASS, the Belarusian head of state said in Gomel during the opening of a new clinic.

“When you are talking about some reform that you now helicopters the money will bring, will scatter, will you, please, not buying this,” – said Lukashenko.

The Belarusian President recalled the difficulties associated with overcoming the consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophe, which affected Gomel region.

“Then we have no one promised. Nobody was traveling and did not tell these stories,” – said Lukashenko. “Don’t fall for it, don’t lose our country,” he warned.

He also called on Belarusians to resist the attempts of destabilizing the situation in the country during the presidential elections, which may lead to loss of independence. “This piece of land we should keep and no one to give. There’s no fear, there is no accident, but the rascals must know that we will always be sovereign and independent and live on this earth with their children,” – said Lukashenko.

“It’s a very dangerous moment. We cannot lose what we created. Impossible. This is important,” the President said.

“We looked at the development of its economy, industry, has enabled our people to earn. Not rich people live, and you the rich, not the oligarchs. But we know how to live, and we live on their land,” – said Lukashenko.

Belarusians should change the way of life, you cannot give up land and the village, said the head of state. “For they will die and be poor, if we succeed in this,” – said Lukashenko. According to him, Belarusians rushed to the shores of southern countries, despite the fact that the situation with coronavirus have not yet been resolved.

The President noted that “the world does not expect the second wave of incidence, and so it is important to protect the health and prefer foreign trips stay in Belarus.”

“Do not keep, go. But know that, back out, you will be taken to quarantine at least 10 days, at your expense. So I ask you: stay this year at home, we have enough resorts, we have a good nature. Relax here” – told Lukashenko.
