First, the author cuts out two identical rectangular blanks from a sheet of plywood using the circular saw and guide special for her.
Under procurement in this process are laid some plywood strips so as not to catch saw blade the surface of the workbench. The saw set a limit on departure drive.
This guide You can make by reading the following article.
Now you need to cut two identical parts for the side parts of the chair. To do this, the author binds together the workpiece using double-sided tape.
He printed out the template and fixed it on the surface of the workpiece using a paper glue pencil and masking tape.
Extra large sections of plywood are cut with the same hand saw.
Then the two parts are fixed to the workbench with clamps, and radial elements cut electric jigsaw. The author leaves supply material for further processing.
Precise alignment of the edges is done on the belt grinding machine.
With this machine you can handle and a small internal radii, setting a drum sander attachment.
Through both parts drilled four holes with a diameter of 16 mm. the Author uses a pen drill.
Both parts are ready, the author assedine them, and remove remains of double-sided tape. After that, all surfaces are sanded with an orbital machine.
You can also round off the edges with a router and radius of the cutter with the thrust bearing.
You should also apply a protective coating in the form of a lacquer or to impregnate the surface of the plywood with linseed oil.
As jumper chair will serve as steel studs M16, a foothold they are the usual and cap nuts.
Off studs in length, he cut them together with masking tape, and cut off grinder.
First, studs are attached to the first sidewall.
At the ends of the studs screwed the nuts, put on washer and then the second sidewall.
All the nuts are tightened with the keys.
To form the seat and back, the wizard will use polypropylene rope with a thickness of 5 mm. It will require about 200 metres.
Because of the probability of tangling of rope, he wraps her from the Bay on the arm.
On the edge of one of the pins is fastened by a knot-loop.
Now he starts winding the rope between the studs, and around each round is done.
To a coil of rope accidentally scattered, the author of the clamped part in a spring clip.
By the way, this process is the longest that requires a lot of patience and care.
Tying the last knot, the author cauterizes the end of the rope with a lighter.
So, the chair is ready. If it is put on the flat side, it turns out a comfortable chair.
