In Moscow noted that the heads of state welcomed the agreement in Kiev and Donbass on additional measures of compliance with the ceasefire.
The President of Russia called Ukrainian counterpart to confirm the business commitment to the Minsk agreements and declared the inadmissibility of revising the document.
In addition, Putin expressed concern over the decision of the Ukrainian Parliament on local elections, which contained clear violations of the Minsk agreements.
In Kiev, in turn, said that the interlocutors touched upon the subject of the law on the special status of Donbas and the law on decentralization that provides for amending the Constitution of Ukraine.
The presidents agreed that the implementation of the terms of the Paris summit is the key for holding a new meeting in Normandy format at the level of heads of States.
