8 insanely delicious sandwiches that you can take on the job

Sandwiches handy always and everywhere: they can not only enjoy Breakfast or dinner, and even take them with you to the office as lunch.

We found some cool sandwiches that urgently need to experience for yourself!

1. Sandwich with sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese

You will need:

  • 2 slices rye bread (Borodinsky);
  • feta cheese;
  • 4 sun-dried tomatoes;
  • 6 green olives, pitted;
  • arugula (or other greens to taste);
  • a handful of pine nuts;
  • salt.


Pine nuts fry in a pan for several minutes until Golden brown. Sun-dried tomatoes compress with a tissue to remove excess oil, and cut into thin strips. Olives, pitted cut into roundels. On fried bread crumble feta cheese, place the tomatoes, olives, arugula, sprinkle with nuts. Cover with second piece of toasted bread.

2. Sandwich with hummus and beets

You will need:

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread;
  • 1/4 avocado;
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds;
  • 3 tablespoons hummus;
  • 5 sprigs of parsley;
  • 2 radishes;
  • 100 g grated carrot;
  • 100 g grated beet;
  • 5 leaves of spinach;
  • 1/4 of a cucumber;
  • salt and pepper to taste.


Fry the bread in the toaster or pan. Mash avocado with a fork to distribute it on one of the toast, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Distribute hummus on top of pasta avocado. Slice the radishes into thin slices, tear off the parsley leaves, put them on the hummus. Add the carrots, beetroot, thinly sliced cucumber and spinach. Lubricate the second toast with hummus. To link the two.

3. Sandwich with chicken in California

You will need:

  • 3.5 cups cooked and chopped chicken (about 1 kg chicken Breasts without skin and bones);
  • 1 Cup diced celery (about 3 stems);
  • 2/3 Cup chopped pecans;
  • 1/2 Cup dried and chopped cranberries;
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese;
  • sliced bread.

For the filling:

  • 2/3 Cup mayonnaise (homemade!);
  • 1/4 Cup Apple juice;
  • 2 tablespoons of honey;
  • 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar;
  • 1 tsp mustard;
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds;
  • salt, black pepper.


In a large bowl mix the chicken, nuts, celery, cranberries and Parmesan and set aside. In another bowl mix all the ingredients for the filling, pour the filling into the bowl with the chicken. The resulting mixture is spread on bread, croissants or spread in a pita.

4. Sandwich with carrots and spinach

You will need:

  • 1 whole wheat bread;
  • 1/2 carrot;
  • 1.5 tbsp cream cheese;
  • 1 tbsp raisins;
  • spinach is a good choice.


Sliced bread and butter. Carrots to RUB on a grater and spread on half of bread slices, add the washed raisins, spinach leaves, cover with the remaining slices of bread.

5. Roll of pita with chicken and vegetables

You will need:

  • 4 small thin lavash;
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • 2 small cucumber;
  • 6-7 chicken thighs;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • 1/2 tsp ground sweet paprika;
  • 1 medium sweet pepper;
  • 100 g of lettuce;
  • 3 tbsp sour cream or mayonnaise.


Carrots grate or cut into fine strips. Cucumber cut into strips. From chicken thighs to remove bones and skin. Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with paprika powder. Fry the chicken on both sides until done, about 5-7 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate.

In the same pan put the diced peppers and fry, stirring occasionally, until soft crisp. Chicken is cut into small pieces. Pita to grease with mayonnaise or sour cream, spread the salad and other ingredients, while leaving a couple of centimetres from the bottom. Then roll the lavash.

6. Sandwich with chicken and bacon

You will need:

  • 4 slices of bread;
  • 1 chicken, about 250 g;
  • 1 medium tomato;
  • 4 lettuce;
  • 4-6 slices of bacon;
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise;
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste.


Preheat the pan on medium heat. Place the bread and dry on both sides for 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate. Put in pan with bacon and fry for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan.

Fillet, cut in half lengthwise 2 thin cutlets. Salt and pepper to taste. Spread into the pan, where roasted bacon, and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, until tender.

While fried fillet, cut tomato into thin slices. 2 slices of bread from 4 to grease with mayonnaise. Put on bread with lettuce, slices of grilled bacon and a tomato slice. Add the chicken and cover with remaining bread.

7. Chicken sandwiches and guacamole

You will need:

  • 8 slices of bran or whole wheat bread for toast;
  • 1 boiled chicken breast;
  • 2 small cucumber;
  • 6 tbsp guacamole or chopped into mashed avocado;
  • 4 tsp. mustard;
  • a fresh salad.


Boiled chicken breast to separate the fibers. Cut cucumbers into thin circles. Bread spread on a baking sheet and slightly dry in the preheated oven. To make one sandwich, take 2 slices of bread. One piece of bread greased with mustard (1 teaspoon). Then put the chicken pieces, and on top of it some slices of cucumber. Thickly spread with guacamole or the flesh of the avocado. On top of the avocado you can put a few more pieces of chicken and cover with all the second piece of bread.

8. Cheese sandwiches, cucumber and smoked salmon

You will need:

  • 8 slices of bread for toast;
  • 8 thin slices of smoked salmon;
  • 6 tbsp cream cheese;
  • 1 medium cucumber;
  • bunch of chives (green taste);
  • 1 lemon.


Chives finely chop. Lemon zest to RUB on a small grater. Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of chives, lemon zest and 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Trim crust from bread. Divide cheese mixture into 8 pieces and evenly spread butter on bread. Put the salmon slices. Slice the cucumbers very thin circles. Spread on 4 slices of bread, distributing the slices across the surface.

Cover with the remaining slices of bread, fish up. Cut each sandwich into 4 pieces. Dip the slices in the remaining chives.
