Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Duma Committee on CIS Affairs Konstantin Zatulin accused the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in “parasitizing” on relations with Russia and said that the Belarusian leader has risked relations with Moscow for its own political interests.
