- 190 g cheese;
- 1 avocado;
- 5 cherry;
- ½ red onion;
- 1 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- Provencal herbs;
- salt to taste;
- 45 g shrimp;
- lemon juice.
Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and put it in a pan in the form of flat cakes. We fry cheese pancakes on both sides, but do not overcook.
We quickly transfer the cheese blanks to an inverted glass, press down and let the baskets cool completely.
Cut the peeled avocado and cherry into small pieces, chop the onion into small cubes.
We send all the slices to a common bowl, add salt, Provencal herbs, olive oil and lemon juice, mix.
Put the shrimps in a pan heated with a little oil, season them with lemon juice and fry for 1 minute.
Note! We put cheese baskets on a serving dish, fill them with vegetable filling, and decorate with shrimps on top.
