A spectacular festive meat dish can be prepared for the New Year’s table according to one of the best novelty recipes.


  • pork neck – 1 kg;
  • chicken breast – 1 pc .;
  • beef – 400 g;
  • ham – a few slices (you can do without it);
  • salt, pepper, spices – to taste;
  • dried fruits (in any set or mushrooms, you can skip this ingredient altogether);
  • red wine – ½ tbsp.;
  • carnation – 3 buds;
  • ground cinnamon – ¼ tsp;
  • garlic – 1 head;
  • butter – 2 tbsp. l.


  • We prepare all the meat components of the dish in advance, so that they are marinated, we collect it at the time of preparation, which is very convenient.
  • Cut the pork neck into stacks, without cutting through to the end, grease with vegetable oil. Salt and pepper the entire surface of the meat, sprinkle with spices, rub in thoroughly and remove in the cold, covering with a film.

  • Cut the chicken breast into thin plates, also salt, pepper, sprinkle with spices, send to marinate.

  • Scroll the beef in a meat grinder, salt, marinate.

  • At the time of cooking, insert chicken plates, chopped ham, ground beef plates between the pork stacks. To obtain minced meat plates, put it in parts between cling film and roll with a rolling pin.

  • We give the meat blank the shape of a whole piece of meat, tighten it with twine, send it to the oven twice for 10 minutes at 200 * C (turn it over to the other side a second time).
