First, the master 3D printed the case. He used a filament with a phosphor to print the case, but any will do. After the case was printed, the craftsman cut a disc out of acrylic. The diameter of the disc is slightly less than the diameter of the case.
Step two: flashlight
Next, you need to disassemble the flashlight and remove the LED matrix. The rest of the parts can be thrown away or left for other projects.
A spring is soldered on the LED matrix in the center. It needs to be evaporated, and a wire should be soldered in its place. It is desirable to have a red wire, since this is a plus of the matrix.
On the edge of the matrix is ​​the second contact, negative. You need to solder a black wire to it. Then you can check the glow by connecting the power source.

The microswitch should have three small contacts at the bottom and a small spring arm at the top.
The spring arm must be dismantled (or immediately buy a switch without it).
The switch should have multiple letters for “NO”, “NC” and “C (or COM)”. They represent the operating modes: normally open, normally closed and general. In the “Normally Open” mode, the switch contacts are open and close when the lever is pressed. In “Normally Closed” mode, the opposite is true – whenever the button is pressed, the switch breaks the circuit and no power goes. C or COM are for common terminal. The push button on the switch connects/disconnects C/COM and NO or NC.
In this case, you need to use the “normally open” (NO) and Common (C) modes.
The master connected the black (grounding or negative) wire from the battery through the hole at the bottom under the rectangular notch to the NO terminal.

Now you can start assembling. The wizard inserts the microswitch into the designated slot. Solders the black negative wire from the switch and the red positive wire from the battery to the LED matrix. Installs the die inside the case. Installs an acrylic disc on top.
The microswitch should protrude above the groove cut and above the LED matrix. If it is below the cut, then you need to put something under it.
