The author did not accidentally choose model of the XtremeAir Sbach 300 aircraft and made his own development of the drawings of the aircraft model, so much this aircraft “sunk into his soul” when he was at the competition in Riga …
Like the author, I decided to divide my story into several separate parts.
First, I will show all the drawings that the author has kindly provided us.
Length – 7600mm.
Span – 8160 mm.
The author uses a smooth, simple ceiling tile as the material for the model.
Any glue can be applied. Suitable for bonding foam.
To strengthen various structural elements of an aircraft model, carbon rods, rods or tubes are used.

It should be noted that the technology for making the wings, proposed by the author, is rather complicated, requiring increased care, accuracy and patience, but it's worth it! Using this technology, you can make wings for any aircraft model, changing only the dimensions.
Work on the wings begins with making ribs.
It is best to make ribs in pairs, for each wing half. This is how the wings are balanced.
When the ribs are ready, we prepare the spar for their installation. The spar is reinforced with a carbon bar.
To mount the inner “skeleton” of the wing, a slipway is made, on which stands, cut from the ceiling, are fixed – distancers. This is necessary so that all the ends of the ribs are located at the same height from the lower plane of the slipway.
The front and rear ends of the ribs are reinforced with a flat carbon rod.
After gluing, you get such a “skeleton” of the wing
These wedges are made, which are glued between the ribs.
Wing tips are glued in.
Making blanks for the upper and lower wing skin
On the leading edge we remove a chamfer at an angle of 35-45 degrees.
Cover the front edge of the blanks with tape.
Before gluing the leading edge, give it a small curvature radius.
Lubricate all ribs and spar with glue and press the skin.
It is advisable to evenly put the load on the surfaces to be glued.
Here's a half of the wing.
In the same way we glue the second half of the wing.
Now you can cut two halves of the side walls of the fuselage and cut holes for installing the wings.
The holes are precisely tailored to the wing profile.
Before mounting the wings, install the servo and cut out the ailerons.

But we will do this later, in the meantime, let's continue making the fuselage.
To connect the two side walls of the fuselage, you need to cut the frames
To reduce weight, holes are made in the frames. The holes are made by rotating the punching method to avoid breaking the ceiling.
The frames are fitted and glued into a horizontal stringer that runs the entire length of the fuselage.
The side walls of the fuselage are reinforced with a carbon rod.
The nose of the vertical side walls of the fuselage is reinforced with overlays from the ceiling.

Wing installation sites are reinforced with overlays from the ceiling.
Finishing the fuselage assembly.
Before installing the regulator, you can remove the plastic cover from it for better cooling.
We glue the lower panel of the fuselage nose.
We make the stabilizer from two layers of ceilings, inside which we lay carbon rods for reinforcement.
The elevator (PB) can be hung in any way convenient for you … The author hangs the PB on the hinges.
Now it's the turn to make the keel and rudder (RR).
There is nothing new here. All operations for strengthening the keel, gluing it and hanging the PH are similar to those with the stabilizer and PB.
Perhaps now we can start making chassis
The whole process is clear from the photographs. I will add that wire with a diameter of 2-2.5 mm is used for the racks.
Decorative design of pillars and wheel arches are made at your discretion
The author suggests his own version.
The author shows how to make a hood for the motor.
The hood is fixed with magnets and transparent tape.
Making a gargrotte and installing it should not cause you any difficulties
The crucial moment has come – installation of the wing!
The final assembly of the fuselage is finished and you can start decorating the model.
What to apply in this case depends only on your capabilities and desires. You can use acrylic paints, which will greatly reduce the final weight of the model or colored tape. And how your model will look depends only on your taste and imagination. Here is the author's version of the model.
