Four citizens of Russia and five Syrians: the EU imposed new sanctions against Russia

On 21 January, the foreign Ministers of EU countries approved and entered against Russia new sanctions. The main reason is the cause of the poisoning Skrobala.

Rikard Jozwiak, special correspondent of “Radio Liberty” on his Twitter page confirmed the news about the sanctions, the resource LIGAnews.

He said that the EU countries imposed sanctions on four Russians, five Syrians and one Syrian company. All persons involved in the targeted sanctions worked in the intelligence community or intelligence of the state and are directly related to chemical weapons, said Joswiak. The names of people and companies will be published tonight.

It is known that the sanctions entail a complete freezing of assets and ban on issuing visas.
