This opinion was voiced by John Herbst, Director of the Atlantic Council, the resource LIGAnews. Among the sanctions, there may be restrictions against one of Russia’s largest banks, as well as the prohibition of ships from Russia to stay at American ports.
Herbst said that in Congress, many politicians are ready, not in words but in deeds to support Kiev. It is not excluded that, in addition to missiles, “Harpoon”, Washington will allocate more modern.
