This project is very simple to make, and easy to repeat even at home.
Materials needed for homemade products.

So, the fuel tank will require two empty aluminum deodorant cans. One vessel has a slight constriction, a kind of “waist”, in its upper part.
First with an emery paint is removed from the surface of the spray cans.
Further, using such a simple device – a wooden block with a removable pressure plate and a blade inserted under it from a clerical knife, in a few turns you can cut off the bottom of the can.
It is cut in the same way the upper part on the second container. Unless you need to lift under the torch body by placing something under it.
The master got two such details, and it will be a tank for alcohol.
Next, we need an aluminum tube 24 cm long, as well as a bolt for threading. The latter should be slightly larger than the inner diameter of the tube.
The bolt is clamped in a vice, lubricated with technical vaseline or any other lubricant.
Now the tube is clamped in the pliers (it is advisable to wrap the jaws of the tool with masking tape so that there are no traces on the tube) and smoothly turns on the bolt axis.
Such a threaded notch should be made at both ends of the tube.
To connect the tank to the tube, you need a bolt with a through axial hole. It is easy to make it yourself by holding a regular bolt in a vice and using a drill.

Then the last one is cut by the same principle as the previous two deodorant containers.
The only difference is that the walls here are much thinner, and the initial incision should be made on a full can.

The bottom of the second can is cut in the same way. Both spherical bases must be bent inward, otherwise the tube will not be able to enter.
Then one of the cut the bases should be slightly widened at the edges. To do this, it is enough to take a suitable size glass or other container and use it to slightly open the upper diameter so that the base of the second can easily fits into the prepared case.
Next, both halves of the cans fastened with insulating tape and marking of future holes is carried out. In total, there should be 16 of them with a diameter of 1.5-2 mm. Considering that the metal is thin – drilling can be done almost by hand.
Now two holes are made in the sides of the future burner – the first along the outer diameter of the aluminum tube, and the second – along the inner one.
In the tube itself, a hole is manually cut with a conventional drill for the supply of alcohol. The hole diameter must match the diameter of the hollow bolt.
Then a piece of a long cotton rag or a lace made of natural fabric is passed through the tube. It should not sit too tightly inside the tube so as not to impede the flow of alcohol. Surplus tape is cut off.
Now with the help of a bolt the tube is fixed to the burner with a hole downwards.
At the base of the can, a drill manually makes a hole of the same diameter as the previously prepared hollow bolt.
Put on the bolt itself rubber sealing ring . Then, using a wire, the bolt is immersed in the tank and passed into the finished hole from the inside out.
An aluminum tube is screwed onto the protruding leg of the bolt from the outside. The bolt should be held from the inside at this time, for example, with a wrench.
Now the container is filled with alcohol. At this stage, it becomes clear how well the alcohol is flowing through the tube, and if there is an unplanned leak.
In this case, the rubber gasket turned out to be useless: there is still a small fuel leak. The supply of alcohol through the hole in the tube is good, about 1-2 drops per second.

At the next stage, the base for the oven is prepared. U-shaped steel or aluminum profile is a great solution.
A cross is assembled from it, all elements of which are connected by a welding seam.
In the case of an aluminum profile, bolts and nuts can be dispensed with.
Now they are marked and drilled holes for stand bolts and mountings.

The bolts will act as legs, and at the same time serve as a stand for pots.
The tube is fixed on the base with a pair of puffs. In the same places, two aluminum supports are placed under the tube for reliability so that the tube does not bend.
The tank with alcohol itself is glued to the base with glue.
Of course, this solution is not very successful, and does not allow folding the oven .
The solution is quite simple – replace part of the fuel pipe with an elastic one, and make a hinge at the base, for example, from a furniture hinge.
The container is filled with 96% alcohol by 2/3, also a small amount of alcohol must be poured into the burner bowl and warmed up a little.
Test heating – 500 ml of water is poured into the pan. After 2 minutes of burning, the flame becomes stable and takes on a characteristic blue tint.
During operation, the reservoir can be refilled with alcohol. Half a liter of water boils in 4-5 minutes.
The tube remains cold almost along its entire length, and only heats up a little at the burner itself.
Excess alcohol can be drained back into bottle.
For those who prefer to use liquefied gas, it will be easier to take a ready-made gas burner .
