Greetings to all lovers of homemade products and those who just looked at the site in search of interesting ideas that you can take note of and repeat. Surely many of you have had to deal with such a problem – a lot of bolts, nuts and washers have accumulated, they collected everything and threw it into one container, the same thing usually happens with other small fasteners (screws, screws, etc.). Some have the patience to sort all this into different containers and put it on shelves, this is good, but this is the case when all these small things are used in a workshop or garage, but if you need to fix something somewhere on the site? Here we collect handfuls of the same screws, bolts, nuts, plus another tool and get to the place of work, and we take everything naturally with a margin so as not to run again. And of course, having done the job, the fasteners remain, but they are mixed, and again you need to sort everything in order to put everything in its place. In this situation, the homemade product, which I want to talk about today, will help out. Apparently its author often has to work outside the workshop. Are you interested? * plastic sewer pipe with a diameter of 110 mm,
* two plugs with a diameter of 114 mm,
* four plugs with a diameter of 90 mm,
* six small door hinges,
* super glue,
* blind rivets.

* section of channel (by uses it as a template, you can take something else).
Below are a couple of photos of materials that the author used.
First of all, the author cut the sewer pipe into three section – one 24.5 cm long and two 17.5 cm long.
Next, the author takes the longest workpiece, attaches a channel to it and, with the blade of a clerical knife, draws a line around the entire circumference, then turns the pipes over and does the same. The height of the channel flange is equal to the height of the side of the plug for this pipe, therefore, these lines are the upper and lower boundaries of the opening, which will be cut in the future.
Then the author puts the pipe vertically and again attaches the same channel to it, draws a line with a marker, connecting the lines above and below. After that, a plug with a diameter of 90 mm is installed on the channel, a mark is placed (it will be more clear on the video) and another longitudinal line is drawn from it.
After the author has cut out the opening, he puts plugs on the ends of this pipe (hereinafter I will call it the body). For reliability, their sides can be pre-coated with super glue. The body is ready.
Putting the body aside, the author set about preparing the cells. There will be four of them, and they will be made, you guessed it, from plugs with a diameter of 90 mm. The author attached a loop to each plug and made marks with a marker, he drilled holes along them. To do this, the author clamped every detail in a vice and drilled with a drill. Then, through these holes, I attached to the sides of the caps on the rivets of the hinges on one side.
Now we return to the body again. The prepared cells now need to be fixed on it. To do this, one by one, the author places the cells inside the body and along the hinges, as in the previous step, puts a marker with a marker. After that, the body clamps in a vice and drills holes according to the marks. Next, the cells are fixed in place through the hinges with rivets. But the second part of the hinges is attached from the inside of the case.
And so our tube organizer is almost ready, there is only one thing left – to install the door so that the cells do not open spontaneously. For this, the author uses the two remaining pipe sections. First, he takes one piece of pipe and draws two longitudinal lines on it, dividing it into two parts. The author cuts the workpiece along the lines and attached the resulting halves to the body.
Then, on one side, he tried on loops to the two halves. Then one of the halves-overlays, which will be on the back, the author glued to the body.

I drilled holes according to the marks, also fixing the body in a vice. I fastened the hinges to the rivets through the holes.
It seems that everything is ready, but everything and not everything. The rivets from the inside abut against the body, thereby preventing the door from closing completely. The author solved this problem simply – in the places where the rivets rest against the body, he drilled holes. Now everything closes perfectly. To make the organizer tube easier to carry, the author attached a handle on top.
At the final stage, the author painted the organizer tube and put the necessary fasteners. Pay attention, the author folded part of the fasteners to the bottom, that is, another additional fifth cell turned out.
